5D Solar System game app was created by Finance 5D LTD. One of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors and our mobile game users. This Privacy Policy document explains the type of information that is collected and recorded by 5D Solar System mobile game and how we use it.

5D Solar System app does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our Game, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately by email at contact@finance5d.com and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.
Our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.
Furthermore we do not collect any device logs such as diagnostics data and other user data. However basic device information like IP addresses may be logged on our app server as part of communication between the game and the server.
If you decide to provide to us any information (e.g. via email), we will use that information only to answer your questions or resolve your problem. Upon request we can delete the information sent to us, but please note that we may be required by law to retain certain information.
Our app does not automatically collect, share or retain any personal or device tracking information. All 5D Solar System game resources are only stored locally on your mobile device, within the Application private folder, following Android's security best practices. You can delete the app data via android app settings or by uninstalling the app from your mobile device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
We prioritise safeguarding the confidentiality of your information stored locally on your mobile device, therefore our app does not store any personal or device information.
We do not transmit any user data from your device to our servers. The only data our servers transmit to your devices is game resources e.g. planet positions and textures. All data transmitted between our servers and your device is sent securely via HTTPS.
We take reasonable steps to protect all the information you provide to us. The only information we may hold is the information you may send to us via email.
You may request that we delete any information such as emails you may have sent us at any time, but please note that we may be required by law to retain certain information.
Our 5D Solar System mobile game does not show any advertisement and does not integrate with any other third party services.
